WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION DOES QSC COLLECT?
We collect public information from clients and potential clients. WHAT OTHER ORGANISATIONS COLLECT INFORMATION ON OUR BEHALF?
We use contracted consultants to act on behalf of QSC. Information about QSC clients and contacts is collected by, for and shared between QSC and these consultants.
HOW DOES QSC USE PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?
QSC must always have a lawful basis for using personal data. We collect and retain information about individual clients and the businesses they work for in order to manage accounts, provide agreed services, to determine which services we will develop and who may be interested in them. We also use Personally Identifiable Information to contact clients or potential clients in response to enquiries or to provide requested information.
WITH WHOM MAY THE INFORMATION BE SHARED?
Personally Identifiable Information is shared only with our consultants and with QSC employees. We may effect an introduction between contacts in our database, but this would be done transparently and with the prior agreement of both/all parties.

Personally Identifiable Information collected by QSC is stored within secure, password protected proprietary software and any paper format files are stored in secure lockable cabinets. Anyone whose information we hold may contact us to update Personally Identifiable Information about them or to correct any inaccuracies.
